Yes. Image background removal costs 1 credit per image (any resolution); video background removal is billed by resolution: ≤720p 1 credit/sec, ≤1080p 2 credits/sec, ≤2K 3 credits/sec, ≤4K 4 credits/sec.

Yes, cancel anytime; your current benefits last until the end of the billing cycle. After that, you can pick another plan.
